CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment, all clients will
be asked to leave a credit card to reserve
their time. We require a 3 hour notice when
Canceling. A $50 cancellation fee will be
charged to the clients credit card for no
shows and/or pay in advance for
appointments.
REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to offer the best service 100% of
the time. In the event that we fall short and
disappoint you, we encourage you to make us
aware of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours
and we will do everything we can to correct
the situation. We never want you to leave here
merely pleased, we want you to leave Salon
Bleu as a loyal client. We appreciate your
business all the time, every time. Sorry, we do
not offer refunds for services.
